certain drugs used for fungal or yeast infections, like fluconazole, itraconazole, ketoconazole, and voriconazole
cimetidine
erythromycin
rifampin
penis erection that is painful or lasts 4 hours or longer
heart attack or abnormal heart rhythm (irregular heartbeat)
shortness of breath
sudden decrease or loss of hearing
